Real Food. Real Life.
Driven by the desire to feed my family the most nutrient dense foods as possible, I find myself making rather than buying. This site is brought to life in order to compile tried and true recipes and techniques that we love and you can trust. No artificial colors, flavors, or intelligence.

I’m Hannah and my aim is to put food on the table that grows. Heals. Deeply nourishes.
For my children’s growing bodies. For my breastfeeding or pregnant or recovering body. For my husband’s wellbeing. There’s an option to give deep intention to the food that is prepared in a home…that’s what I pursue daily.
I don’t write recipes, but I do tweak them to be as nutritious (and delicious) as possible. This is a place where I highlight great recipes, changes may or may not be “needed”, and I will always give credit to the original author.
